1) Industry certifications and 3rd party reviews * TCIA, ISA, UAA, ONLA, BBB, Angie’s List 2) Licensing with the county and state * Tax ID & Merchant License 3) An assured performance bond (only required if you choose to put money down) ** Trapper’s Tree Service is bonded.. AND we are a “no money down” provider. 4) Industry specific damage/liability insurance. * Assured recovery from damage to your home. 5) BWC (Bureau of Workmanship Compensation) (Also industry specific), and that no sub-contractors will be used and is written into your contract. * If current and done correctly, this protects the property owner from liability if someone is injured.
